While I valued my opportunities to make a positive difference in people’s lives, I perceived a lack of innovation within this industry. My aspiration was to take advantage of cutting-edge technology to create unparalleled experiences to a broader audience.
During the pandemic, the hospitality sector endured significant setbacks which lead to the closure of many hotels. With a desire to undertake a personal project and despite my limited experience, I seized the opportunity to develop my own website.
In the course of this activity, I found myself pondering deeply about users’ emotional responses and interactions with interfaces: what they perceive as intuitive and attractive; what causes them frustration — and the reasons behind these reactions. This personal project became a gateway for me to delve into the fascinating world of graphic design, web design, UX (user experience) design, and branding.
