I loved making a difference in people’s lives, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that the industry rarely pushed innovation. I wanted to learn about evolving technologies that were shaping people’s experiences on a daily basis.
Then the pandemic hit. Hotels closed, and the entire hospitality sector took a beating. I decided to start a personal online project, even though I had little experience building websites.
As I tinkered with layouts and colors, I found myself wondering how people felt when they landed on a page: what they found appealing or drove them nuts, and why. That curiosity led me into the world of graphic design, web design, UX, and branding.
